Order cutoff times

Local delivery: All orders placed Sunday through Thursday before 5:00 PM, and Friday before 12:00 PM, go out the same day.

Shipping: Shipped orders are sent out within one business day.

Large and same-day orders

Planning a larger gift order, a simcha, or something you need today? Please give us a call first so we can confirm the details and make sure it's ready on time.

Pickup in the shop

Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order at 4607 18th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11204 during shop hours. We will let you know when it is ready.

Where we deliver

We deliver and ship nationwide.

Delivery and shipping prices may vary depending on the address and the size of the order.

Delivery times

Local orders go out as soon as possible once they are ready. If you need a delivery at a specific time, please call us first.

Shipped orders arrive based on the carrier's transit times, which we can't control.

Choose a later date

Sending a gift for a simcha or yom tov? Pick a later delivery date at checkout, or tell us when you call.

Keep it cool

Our chocolates are perishable. Please make sure someone is home to receive them, and keep them in a cool, dry place (about 60–68°F), away from sun and heat. Do not leave a box in a hot car.

If something isn't right

We check and pack every order with care. If there's a problem with yours, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving it, with your name, the order date, and a photo, and we'll look into it right away.

Since chocolate is perishable, delivered orders can't be returned. Please double-check the address and phone number and make sure someone can accept the package, since we can't cover orders that are delayed or spoiled because of a wrong address, a missed delivery, or carrier and weather delays.
